The
Prime Time Club is geared to those over 55 but open to all. The club
has completed eight successful years of programming for our
membership and other interested temple members and friends. Our
activities have included trips, walking tours, theatre parties,
speakers, entertainers barbecues and picnics.
For the 2009-2010 year we have scheduled a bus trip
to the Metropolitan Museum of Art led by art historian Barbara
Tomlinson for November 8. Also planned are a presentation on the
"Big Band Era" and another speaker at the temple during the winter
months and tours of the new Yankee Stadium and Brandywine Valley
area in Pennsylvania for the spring. We are hoping to participate as
a group in some community service projects.
Prime Time provides an opportunity for long-time and
new members of the temple and their friends to socialize, learn and
explore together. Dues are $15 per person, which will automatically
be billed to Prime Time eligible temple members during the summer.
We hope many of you will join our membership ranks. The steering
committee would love to have new members to plan and implement our
programs. Contact Ethel Singer, Prime Time Chair, to get involved.
