Change happens to all of us. It can be good or brutal. Sometimes it’s anticipated and sometimes it catches us completely off guard. Sometimes, we know what to do, and sometimes, we have no idea. Regardless of what, when, and where, it is always helpful to go through these transitions with community—people who support you and might even be having similar experiences.

That’s where we come in. We’re holding several in-person gatherings this year to offer support and community around a few particular transitions.  Each session will go from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM and be held at Temple B’nai Abraham.

December 18, 2024: You’ve become an empty-nester! What now?

February 5, 2025: They’re driving! (Your teenager has gotten their driver’s license.) How do I navigate this?

May 29, 2025: When the people who cared for us need us to care for them...Navigating the journey as our parents age.
