Do you know your Melaveh Malka from your Bushah? Or your Tachrichin from your Mitnaged?
Judaism has hundreds of words and phrases that define its essence. In this four-session, hour-long class we will examine Hebrew vocabulary which comes from every aspect of Jewish Life: greetings, home, marriage, holidays, ethical and legal terms, mourning and more.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting to learn significant words, phrases and principles of Judaism. No Hebrew is necessary.
It is especially ideal for those new to Judaism, curious about Judaism, intermarried, or simply wanting to deepen their knowledge.
This class is free and open to the community. Email jfox@tbanj.org for in-person registration or to get the Zoom link.
